The Invitation Became the First Experience

Personalised invitation boxes were sent to every guest with champagne, two personalised glasses, a hangover kit and a detailed itinerary. The itinerary helped guests prepare for the trip while the presentation immediately established the personality of the celebration.

A Seamless Arrival in Goa

Flights were arranged for all guests. At the airport, a dedicated coach welcomed them with a shot and champagne as they boarded, immediately shifting the mood from travel to celebration.

For a destination wedding today, this journey can be strengthened through a wedding website or app carrying flight details, live itinerary updates, venue maps and direct hospitality contacts, with the on-ground team handling personal requirements.

Day One | Beach Sundowner

The first evening opened with a beach sundowner that developed into a late-night celebration, allowing the destination itself to become part of the entertainment.

Day Two | Games, Music & Glow

The second day brought interactive games with live music and a DJ, followed by lunch and a glow-themed event with gastronomy and mixology experiences before the DJ took the evening further.

The Pune Wedding | Traditional & Interactive

Lunch and Mehendi combined indoor and outdoor spaces, with Mehendi artists, a dholki performer and an emcee using games to keep the afternoon lively.

The Sangeet then changed completely. Built around the groom’s love for Madhuri Dixit, the evening became a Bollywood-inspired celebration with her iconic songs performed by guests. Cold pyro gave the couple’s entry a cinematic opening.

A Helicopter Baraat

The groom arrived by helicopter before the baraat continued with a DJ truck and dhol. The contrast between the aerial arrival and the traditional procession created a strong visual progression into the ceremony.

A Graceful Bridal Entry

The bride walked beneath a floral chaddar before the wedding, creating a softer visual counterpoint to the groom’s high-energy arrival.

A Ritual Moment Designed as a Finale

 A cold-pyro effect was timed with the final mangalsutra ritual, making the production moment part of the emotional progression rather than an unrelated effect.

Dinner & Entertainment

 Live interactive artists and live bands carried the dinner experience before an extravagant fireworks display brought the celebration to a close.

On arrival, a cupcake-style cake setup created an immediate celebratory welcome before guests moved into the first event.
